This alternative is a great way to enjoy blue cheese’s rich flavor without compromising your diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of blue cheese
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/4 medium bulbs of celery

- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Grate the blue cheese coarsely.
- Peel the celery well and grate it finely.
- Mix both ingredients with cottage cheese.
- You can add salt or pepper to taste.
- For those who enjoy a bold flavor, finely chop some spring onions and add them to the mixture. Alternatively, you can also add some garlic for an extra kick.
