This alternative is a great way to enjoy blue cheese’s rich flavor without compromising your diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blue cheese
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 medium bulbs of celery

  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Grate the blue cheese coarsely.
  • Peel the celery well and grate it finely.
  • Mix both ingredients with cottage cheese.
  • You can add salt or pepper to taste.
  • For those who enjoy a bold flavor, finely chop some spring onions and add them to the mixture. Alternatively, you can also add some garlic for an extra kick.
