Baked Carp in Butter and Cumin

Start preparing carp, the taste of which is interestingly enhanced by cumin!
Ingredients
- 1 carp fillet
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- frying oil
Method
- Wash the fish fillets, dry them with a paper towel, drizzle with wine vinegar, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and ground cumin.
- Set aside for 1/2 hour in a cool place.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk and a pinch of salt, and beat with a fork. Dust the carp fillets with flour, dip them in eggs, and coat them in breadcrumbs.
- Wrap the carp fillets in the cumin batter.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides in hot oil with butter.
- Dry the fried fillets of excess fat on a paper towel. Serve the fish with bread or potatoes and salad.
